TRANSFER OF PROPERTY/ REGISTRATION
The process in which a person acquire title in a land through inheirents gifts, sale or exchange is called transfer of property. Residential apartments registration land/ plot registry is an important documents to ascertain the title of property. Procedure
Following procedure is followed in transfer of property.
- Preparation of deed on stamp paper.
- Submits of dues NBP.
- Statements of buyer before the registrar.
- Documents may be collected after 3 days.
- NOC from M/o Interior & Foreign regarding sale/ purchase of land (for foreigners only)
Documents Required:
- Land ownership proof (in original)
- CNIC of seller, purchaser and witnesses
- Passport size pics of seller, purchaser
- Passport (for foreigners only)
- NOC from M/o Interior & Foreign regarding sale/ purchase of land (for foreigners only)

POWER OF ATTORNEY (مختار نامہ)
Power of attorney is of the two types namely General & Special.
1- General Power of Attorney (مختار نامہ عام)
General power of attorney means that attorney may perform more than one job on behalf of the principal and all his acts will binding on the principal as done by him and under his authority. The power of attorney may be given in all types of private affairs, business or some other legal matters like sale of property or in the matters of minors and nonresident Pakistanis.
2- Special Power of Attorney (مختار نامہ خاص)
Appointing a special power of attorney means legally authorizing another person called an agent or an attorney in fact, the right to act on behalf of another person, knows as the principal, under specific clearly laid out circumstances. Special power of attorney is for only a specific purpose which is explained in that deed of special power of attorney.
